Online Registration (Multi)
New for the 2010-2011 Season
Registration will be a 4-part process this year.
1. Register your player(s) with the USA/MN Hockey website and print confirmation page
2. Return to this page and register your player(s) with JCHA through the links below. (If you do not have a family pin number CLICK HERE) print final page
3. Fill out and print Consent to Treat form (available on the Forms page)
4. Attend Registration Open House and bring:

Your Player(s)
For USA Hockey online registration:
1. Go to the USA Hockey Website.
2. Choose member type Ice Player/Coach.
3. You must be 18 years of age to process a registration. Check the box that acknowledges that YOU are 18 or older.
4. Select the correct season: 2010-11.
5. Follow the prompts...fill in all data correctly.
6. Process payment – Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express (credit or debit card). A Visa gift card will also work.
7. You may print your Confirmation page at this time. It will also be emailed to you immediately after the registration is completed. Forward this email to registration@jchockey.com
Each participant will pay the USA Hockey fee of $30. There is an additional Affilitation fee of $10 that registers your player for MN Hockey. The USA/MN Hockey fee is waived for age 6 (birth year 2004) and younger. The registration must still be completed to get the confirmation number.
Once you have registered all players with USA Hockey, and have your confirmation pages, please return to this site to log in and register with JCHA.
Registration Open House
The registration open house will be held at Phalen Rec Center (1000 Wheelock Pkwy) from 7pm-9pm. Check dates below:
Squirts, Peewees, Bantams, 10 & 12 U: Wednesday, September 8th and Thursday, September 9th.
Mites & 8U: Thursday, September 30th.
Required forms are available on the 'Forms' page. Please bring a copy of the player's birth certificate if new to JCHA.
Please note that a tryout fee and the first installment of your player's fee will be paid at the registration registration open house, with the remainder due after teams have been selected.
