Hello,
I am trying to register my son for hockey. I went to the USA Hockey website and registered there, got a confirmation # then came back to this website to register and it says my family name is not located in the family database. Just wondering how to proceed. Thank You, Letitia |

You didn't give us your last name so we can't look you up. If you've never requested a PIN in this system please follow the online instructions to do so, once you have a PIN please use the PIN and instructions to log in to this website. Once you've done that you'll be able to use the USA hockey confirmation information to register a player. Thanks, |
