1) Our oct ice schedule was uploaded onto the ‘schedules’ page.
But when you view it, it wraps the last column/day to the next screen.
How can we get this to display on one screen?
2) If you look at the document, it is an excel spreadsheet.
Is there any way to upload all the entries on this into the calendar.
I’d like the calendar to have the ice times listed.
3) eventually I’d like to have a calendar for each team.
Do you have any ideas for taking an excel spreadsheet with all the ice times,
And use it to update a nuber of calendars.
If each team had their own ss would it be possible to just upload it
Into their calendar?

I think we previously answered some of this. Here are answers:
1. Per a reply from yesterday, you have to format the original file, before converting to PDF. For example, if you want something to appear on one page, and are working in Excel, you have to go into page properties and set it to format to fit on 1 page before the file gets converted to a PDF file. PDF files are created using the same page properties printers use. Another way to know what something is going to look like is to print it to be sure you have it formatted well before converting to PDF.
2. Yes, you can put all ice times into the calendar, but you have to enter them one at a time. There is currently no import feature ont he calendar. We will look at adding that feature in the next version.
3. Each website has one site level calendar. We have no plans to add more. Each team has their own calendar, but the format is different. One thing you can do is use the import feature of the team page ice feature to import ice schedules. These will fan out to each team if you use the same team names as the site. That feature is designed to be used with MaxSolutions software, but you could create the file using Excel if you wish. You'd have to manually enter your data into the correct Excel format to make this work without MaxSolutions, but it would work. This import would be in one file, using all correct team names, and the resulting import would display for each team directly on their team page.
Your saying that if my data is entered into an excel spreadsheet in the correct format, that I could have all the ice times for all teams in one excel spreadsheet, and I would do a single import, and all of the teams calendars would be updated.
Could you explain this in more detail.I’d like to try this.
What is ‘the correct excel format’.
What exactly would my excel ss look like.Maybe you could mock one up for me and I could work from that.

I turned on the MaxEnterprise feature in your site. I forgot, but it already has the Excel spreadsheet you can populate and import. One KEY item.......The Home Team column MUST EXACTLY match the team names you build into the website for your team pages. Given that your teams are likely forming, we may want to get those populated.
